By accessing and using Trymzo website or mobile application, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.
User Registration
To use most features of Trymzo, you must register for an account using your mobile number. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
Booking Policy
Trymzo is a platform connecting users with barber shops. We do not provide barber services themselves. All bookings are subject to the availability of the shop. Trymzo is not responsible for any cancellations or delays caused by the shop owner.
Credit & Rewards
Referral credits and welcome credits have no cash value and can only be used within the Trymzo platform according to current pricing rules. Credits may expire if not used within the specified timeframe (default 90 days).
Payment
Trymzo does not collect payments online for bookings. All payments for services must be made directly at the shop. Any platform fees mentioned are for informational purposes or separate billing where applicable.
Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use the service for any illegal purpose or in any way that could damage or disable the service. Fraudulent use of referral codes is strictly prohibited and will lead to account suspension.
